Does each group have its own culture? Do you have your own culture?
Intercultural competence, the ability to communicate with people from other cultures, can be learned.
Dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds is more than ever part of our everyday lives and makes our work more dynamic, but also more challenging.
Employees with direct customer contact therefore need an understanding of cultural diversity and empathy for people with different backgrounds in addition to specialist knowledge.
Our intercultural communication program promotes the resilience of participants, strengthens their communication and action skills and opens up new opportunities for them to overcome the challenges of their work in a solution-oriented manner, which has a positive impact on the quality of their work.

- They recognize how interpretations of their own perceptions can lead to incorrect assessments.
- They recognize the impact of stereotypes and prejudices and how to deal with them.
- You will improve your understanding of a culturally diverse clientele.
- They recognize communicative intercultural misunderstandings and can deal with them in a solution-oriented manner.
- You develop strategies to avoid interaction traps and can reflect on your dealings with people from different backgrounds.
- This training is aimed at employees of companies and institutions who have to deal with people from foreign cultures in their everyday work.
